WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER?
We have no minimum order.
when will my order be despatched?
Non personalised items will be despatched the same day or next working day.
Consultation period up to 10 working days.
In this time Norry Custom Designs will produce up to 3 embroidery samples.
Small orders will be completed and despatched in 10-14 working days.
large orders of over 100 items will be completed and despatched in 14 to 21 working days.
All samples must be approved by the customer before ordering.
Norry Custom Designs will advise you of your despatch date and estimated delivery date.
All orders require a signature.

WHICH personalisation METHODS DO YOU USE?
Embroidery, Sublimation Printing and Heat Transfers,
HOW MANY different COLOURS CAN YOU embroider?
We can embroider up to 6 colours per logo. More colours are available but will incur an extra charge of £0.50 per colour.
We also offer Direct To Garment printing (design dependent). This print technique is perfect for a small run where a full colour CMYK image needs printing.
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS?
Local customers may provide their own garments however Norry Custom Designs holds no responsibility for damage caused by poor manufacturing. We have sourced trusted and reliable suppliers of workwear and uniforms that have been independently tested by Norry Custom Designs and hold up well after washing/drying. We take every effort to take care of garments whilst in our possession however accidents sometimes happen. Norry Custom Designs will replace any garment damaged within reason. Norry Custom Designs will not accept expensive, vintage or one of a kind garments that are irreplaceable.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT MY personalised GARMENTS WILL LOOK LIKE?
We make an embroidered sample for you to approve before ordering. This includes the size and colour of all designs. A sample garment will only be provided upon request. CAN YOU DESIGN my logo FOR ME?
We currently don’t offer a logo design service. Only an embroidery conversion service.
WHAT ARTWORK DO I NEED?
When you contact Norry Custom Designs, a clear picture of your logo should be provided. The best way to do this is via email in jpeg/jpg format. Your logo can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Logos of poor quality will not be accepted. You must have permission to use the logo.

HOW LARGE CAN YOU embroider ?
Our maximum embroidery size is 200mm x 300mm. Company/school logos will be embroidered no larger than 100mm x 100mm unless otherwise requested.
CAN I COLLECT THE GARMENTS FROM YOU?
Local pickup can be arranged by appointment only. Email:email@example.com or use the contact us section of the website.
DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?
We currently only serve the United Kingdom.
CAN I HAVE A SAMPLE?
A custom design contractual agreement will be sent for you to sign and return. Once this has been completed you will be provided with a sample embroidered logo. The cost for the sample will be £5 which will be incorporated into your first order. Any changes you wish to make must be made at this stage. Up to 2 further sample logos will be provided free of charge if you are not happy. Once you have agreed upon a final design no further changes will be made and the embroidery design will be stored for future orders
CAN CUSTOMISED ITEMS BE RETURNED?
Items that have been altered by embroidery or other methods are non returnable unless the item itself is faulty. Items are faulty if they are damaged before leaving my premises. Sometimes manufactured items can arrive with faults and whilst I do my best to check items before sending them out to customers occasionally faults may be missed. Once an item is sent out it becomes the responsibility of the delivery service. If Items are damaged in transit please contact me and I will contact the delivery service on your behalf. Customised orders collected from my studio must be checked upon receipt as once they have left my studio are non returnable under this policy. No refunds will be given on customised items unless they are faulty. It is the responsibilty of the customer to make sure they know their sizing before ordering. I will do my best to advise and for many items I keep samples for sizing. If in doubt I offer a customise your own product service this way you ensure there are no sizing issues.
CAN I BUY AN EMBROIDERY DESIGN TO USE MYSELF OR TO USE AT ANOTHER SUPPLIER?
I do not sell/ release my embroidery designs. All Embroidery files created by Norry Custom Designs are the intellectual property of Norry Custom Designs and will not be released or sold to you if you choose to shop elsewhere. If you choose to no longer have me hold the design on file, all copies will be deleted from all Norry Custom Design equipment and computers. To do this please request a design termination form by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org The normal set up fee will occur if you choose to return.
