Delivery

Orders weighing under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail.

the cost of delivery per order is £4.50.

Orders weighing between 2kg and 12 kg  will be sent via DPD.

the cost of delivery per order is £6.90

personalised items can only be returned if damaged.  All care  will be taken to ensure that your items reach you in  good condition. Any items damaged in transit should be reported immediately so that a claim can be made with the courier. Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days. Use the contact us section if you have any problem with your order. Returns will not be accepted without authorisation.

You must contact Norry Custom Designs using the contact  us section to report any damaged items within 3 days of delivery.  Norry Custom Designs will then attempt to rectify any problems.

A refund will only be made if the issues cannot be rectified. Refunds will only apply to the Damaged items . Norry Custom Designs will not refund for the entire personalised order.

Norry Custom Designs  does not accept returns on Personalised items for any other reason.

A handling fee of 15% will be charged if the order is cancelled or garments are changed after your proof has been approved.

Norry Custom Designs will notify you by email once your returns have been received.

After they have been checked Norry Custom Designs  will process your refund. 

Norry Custom Designs aim to complete all of this within 5 days.

Your refund will be made by the original payment method. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to appear depending on your bank.
